The HM135 tape (sometimes noted as HM135 or OMAT?2/148_HM135) is a selfadhesive FEP/ PTFE film tape 135?mm wide and 33?m long, typically with a thickness of about 0.05?mm (50?µm). The material offers extreme temperature tolerance, chemical and fluid resistance, low friction, and nonstick surface properties, making it suitable for aerospace applications such as flight control actuation units, hydraulic/pneumatic assemblies, engine bay installations,
and painting protection. The roll format allows for largearea masking or protective use in MRO and production operations where compliance with overhaul materials specification (OMAT) codes and aerospace standards is required.
