•          Orders are subject to stock, lead time, and regulatory approvals.

•          Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

•          Late payments may incur interest or lead to service suspension.

•          All payments must be made in the agreed currency and method.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery

•          We aim to meet all agreed delivery schedules, but delays caused by third-party             couriers, customs, or force majeure are not our liability.

•          Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch. Insurance can be arranged upon                       request.

5.⁠ ⁠Warranty & Returns

•          All parts come with standard warranty based on their condition (new, overhauled,                       etc.)

•          No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

•          Tampering, improper use, or unauthorized installation voids warranty.

6.⁠ ⁠Liability Limitations

•          CraftJet Aero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential                                damages.

•          Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in                               question.

7.⁠ ⁠Compliance & Export Regulations

•          All transactions must comply with applicable export/import laws and regulations              (e.g., ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use).

•          Buyer is responsible for end-use certification if required.
